Angela - below are dozens of different movements that are bodyweight based. I want you to follow the following strategy:
Choose six movements from below
Pair two movements into a grouping. Perform 4 rounds with each movement being done for 12-15 reps per set
Pair two new movements into a grouping. Perform three rounds of each movement for 20-25 reps per set
Pair the last two movements into a grouping. Perform two rounds of each and do as many reps as possible per set.
Complete with 20 minutes of cardio of your choice.
