Alrighty then….at home. With a 50lb bar. Each day I want you to choose three of the lifts shown. I want you to perform four sets of each movement chosen. I would like 20-25 reps done for each set. The tempo is controlled and not for speed. Focus on the cleanliness of the rep, the time under tension, your breathing.

Example:

Choose a hinge pattern, a squatting/lunge pattern, a pulling pattern and a pushing pattern.

Have fun with the volume.
