today's generation is starting to be much more aware of some of the chemicals that are placed in food.  while certain chemicals are necessary for safety reasons, putting too many chemicals in our body is never a good thing.  That is when eating organic comes into play.  In this program, you will learn how to incorporate organic foods into your diet by learning:

  • if "organic" and "all-natural" are interchangeable

  • what specific foods should be organic

  • tips on how to save money while consuming organic food
